Privacy policy
The short version
- We collect as little as possible: usually just your email address.
- We never sell your data.
- We don't target children under 13 and don't knowingly collect their information.
- Teachers should never paste identifiable student information into our tools.
What we collect
- Newsletter and waitlists: email address, plus optional role, grade band and subject you choose to share.
- Basic email metrics: opens and clicks, used to improve the newsletter.
- Advertising cookies (Meta Pixel): our site uses the Meta Pixel, which sets cookies and sends page views and signup/subscription events to Meta (Facebook/Instagram) so we can measure and improve our ads. You can limit this in your browser or Meta ad settings.
- Site analytics: privacy-friendly, cookie-free aggregate stats only.
Who processes it
Our email platform and web host process data on our behalf. Currently: Resend (email and subscriber lists), Vercel (hosting), and Stripe (payments for Pro; we never see your full card number).
Children and students
Our services are for adults and students 13 and older. Any use by children under 13 must go through a teacher- or parent-managed account with verifiable parental consent as required by COPPA. Our tools are designed to work without student names or education records, in line with FERPA. If you believe a child under 13 gave us information, contact us and we will delete it.

Unsubscribe from any email with one click. Ask us to access, correct or delete your data at privacy@skipthegatekeepers.com .
