    Is the Lesson Plan Generator free?

    Can it use my own materials?

    Yes. Paste web links (articles, PBS, Khan Academy, Wikipedia), YouTube links with captions, or upload PDF, Word and text files. The plan cites them as [S1], [S2] so you can check every fact.

    Can I edit the plan after it's generated?

    Yes. Chat with it ("make the hook shorter", "add a lab"), regenerate any single section, drag sections to reorder, or click any section to type your own changes.

    Does it work with Google Docs?

    Download the plan as a Word (.docx) file and open it in Google Docs or Word. You can also print, save as PDF, copy, or share a link.

    Should I enter student names or IEP details?

    No. Describe needs generally ("3 ELL students at WIDA level 2", "extended time accommodations"). Never paste identifiable student information.

    Can students use it to do homework?

    It's built for teaching, not for producing work to hand in. Students and parents can use it to make study plans and practice sets for learning.
